About this kit.
From your own course material: the questions the programme’s assessments ask, in its style, written from the material.
What the degree programmes kits are
Course-programme kits for named degree and certificate programmes: the subjects of a nursing degree, a business degree, a teaching qualification, a coding bootcamp, and others, so a student in the programme has a kit for each course in it.
Why they are built this way
A programme is a sequence of courses, and a student needs a test for each. These kits map the common programmes so the student finds their course and its kit, then pastes their own syllabus for the questions specific to their school.
How to use them
Find your programme, open the kit for the course you are in, and paste your own material for the school-specific questions. Take it in study mode and let the re-tests carry the semester.
Written from your material
This kit is a recipe: the shape, the number of questions, the sections and the instructions Procto AI follows. Paste your own material and the questions are written from it, each with the passage its answer came from. Procto AI is asked to keep to your material, and each key is yours to check; every question is yours to edit before anyone sees it.
The shape: mixed media quiz
One theme across audio, image, video and text questions: every kind of evidence of understanding in one quiz.
Each question inside the structure is marked by its own kind. The structure sets what students see and when, which questions repeat, and how the score is built: a gain for before-and-after, a threshold for a boss question, mastery for a loop.
Taking it
Open it in study mode for the answer and the explanation after each question, and a retry of only what you missed. Switch to exam mode for the real conditions. It comes due again in a few days; the dashboard shows what is due and what you missed last time. Share it with a code for a class, print it as a paper, or host it on a screen for a room.
Questions.
- What is in the Statistics kit?
- From your own course material: the questions the programme’s assessments ask, in its style, written from the material. It writes 10 questions from the material you paste, in the Mixed media quiz shape, and is asked to keep each to it.
- Does it cost anything?
- A free account opens every kit. Procto AI’s writing runs on a monthly allowance that the free plan includes; a children’s kit uses none of it, because its questions are made by rule.
- What happens after the quiz?
- The study screen shows the answer and the explanation after each question, then the questions missed, and offers a retry of those. Come back in a few days and take it again: what is still right then is what is known.
