For trainers.
Proof that the training landed.

A check after every module written from the module itself, a record per learner, a certificate on passing, and a re-test months later that tells you whether the training held. For course providers, your logo and colour on the learner's screen and on the certificate.

What you get.

A check per module

From the module's own slides, handbook or transcript.

A record per learner

Every attempt, every miss, across every module.

Certificates with a code

On the Educator plan: issued on passing, checkable by anyone with the code.

The re-test

Months later, the same check: did the training hold.

Compliance

A quiz from each policy, a record of who passed it and when.

Your branding

Your logo and colour on the learner's start screen and on the certificate, from the Educator plan.

How it goes.

  1. Step 1
    Paste the module

Slides' notes, a handbook chapter, a transcript.

  2. Step 2
    Share the code

Learners take it on any device.

  3. Step 3
    Keep the record

Who passed, who needs the module again, and the certificates.

Why it is built this way.

Training is paid for by the hour and judged by the outcome, and the outcome is whether people know the thing afterwards. A check written from the module, a record per learner and a re-test later are the three pieces of evidence that a training programme worked. EdProcto makes all three from the material you already have.

Questions.

Can learners get a certificate?
Yes, on the Educator plan. On passing, a certificate is issued with a code; anyone with the code can check it against the record.
Can we brand it?
Yes, from the Educator plan: your logo and colour on the learner's start screen and on the certificate, which carries the learner's name, the quiz, the score and the date, with a code anyone can check. On a licence or the School plan, the whole dashboard can stand at a web address of your own.
